STARTING POINT
When the Grupo RE/MAX TOP started working with us, the digital presence of agencies was quite limited. Communication focused mainly on sold properties, available properties and occasional publications, without a continuous strategy capable of creating connection with the public or strengthening the positioning of agencies. The challenge was to transform this presence into a more active communication, consistent and aligned with the size and ambition of the group.
OUR APPROACH
We entered with a continuous and constantly evolving communication strategy. We kept the recurring real estate communication, but added more organic, institutional and community-based content, from tips and themed days to event coverage and content focused on team and group culture. In addition to all of this, we also developed the group’s website, creating a more autonomous digital presence ready for growth and generate results.
